It’s been a while since I’ve written something, almost a year actually. I’m going to try to write again. Hope this round it works.

I just found out about OneNote and can’t stop using the apps.
It helps a lot as I always lost/misplaced my notes especially the one that taken during my one on one with my boss. I’m using it for work and personal. You can see below that I have multiple tab for different things.

Do I sound boring? I better stop now then.

Office Politics

Fed up with people in my office, there is one temp girl in my office name ‘J’.

Currently the whole department evolves around her.

At the moment, our company is in the middle of restructuring. I’m in manufacturing organization. We are having a WFM. There are 3 temps in my department. 2 of them are leaving by end of the month as their contract ended no renewal due to the economy crisis.
We are having a meeting; we were assigned with extra task due to restructuring. For me there is no problem as I’m happy as long as I’m working. If I got the WFM, I won’t be getting much as I only been with the company less than 4 years. In the next few weeks they will be announcing 2700 name for people that will be impacted by WFM.
Back to the meeting… we were assigned with extra task due to restructuring. But when it comes to ‘J’, my manager gives her option to choose what she wants to do.

Only her..

The rest of the team was quiet at that time but I can see that everybody was so pissed off.

Why did she have the luxury to choose?

Last week, I send out a request to change value A to B. You know what ‘J’ did? She change value A to A. And what did she tell me when I ask her why? Miscommunication..She dares to tell me that. I told her that this is not miscommunication ‘J’, this is stupid mistakes. Just admit that you make mistake rather than giving excuses. I hate it when people make mistake and don’t want to admit them. This is not the first time for her. One of our customers even asks my boss to do RCA on why ‘J’ team is making mistakes again and again.

Boss, may I know why she is so damn special?

I have changed my blog layout. I was inspired by honey.

I read her blog often wishing I can be like her one day. Stay at home mum with loads of money to spend. I also read her sister blog pink stiletto.

I’m postponing the kick off to my project to next week. There’s a few issue pop up last minutes. Arrghh..And I have my statistic exam on Thursday. Wish me luck.

Lucky me

It’s been 2 months since I blog here. It’s a busy months. Finally my promotion is final. Luckily as today our VP send email on freeze of end of the increment. No spending on training, lunches, teambuilding and etc. Lucky me also, my education assistance has been approve way back in 2007.

Gratitude is an importance aspect for LOA. Alhamdulillah.

Zen To Done

I have started to do my MIT last week. It works so far.
I manage to change my curtain. I’ve been dragging to do that for a bout a few months.
I manage to get this semester books from their boxes. The semester has started for 3 weeks already. :(
I feel happy, at least I am doing things rather than my normal procrastinate self.

For getting rid of Clutter, I will start tomorrow.
I will need to take before and after picture of my house / room to prove the change.
